Membership Options and Rates

Individual Memberships
CBHL individual members enjoy many benefits, the greatest of which is the relationships you will build and access you will have to leaders across the nation, and even internationally. The following individual membership options are available (click on the link for more information and to join):
- Regular Individual Membership: $230
- Emerging Leader Membership: $199
- Peer, Student, and Retired Leader Membership: $99
- Sponsoring Leader Membership: $500
Individual Leader Scholarships: CBHL offers scholarships for behavioral health leaders in need. Learn more and apply for a scholarship here.
Membership Period: The CBHL membership period is a 12-month rolling membership. This means that your membership is active for 12-months following your purchase date.
Installment Plan for Individual Memberships: Regular Individual Members may choose to pay their membership dues through an installment plan. Click here to get started. Installment plans have a $15 service charge and payments can be made in monthly or quarterly installments. This option is designed to offer greater flexibility while maintaining full membership benefits.
General Donations: As a 501(c)3 organization, CBHL works hard to keep membership accessible. We appreciate your donations at checkout to help keep our costs low!
Scholarship Fund Donations: CBHL would value your tax-deductible donation to the CBHL Membership Scholarship fund. Donate in $100 increments at registration. Leaders in need can learn more and apply for a scholarship here.
Gift a Membership: Looking for a meaningful way to recognize a colleague or invest in someone’s growth? Gift a one-year CBHL Membership and connect them to a network of leaders, resources, and conversations that support their impact.
Organizational Memberships
CBHL organizational memberships are offered based on the number of individuals joining as part of membership. Organizations joining CBHL enjoy the following benefits:
- Discounted per-person membership rates
- Individuals identified through the organizational membership will receive full CBHL member benefits
- The organization will receive recognition on the CBHL website as an organizational member
Organizational Membership Rates:
Organizational memberships are based on the number of leaders joining under your membership. If you have questions about which Tier is right for your organization, or if you are interested in a customized package, please reach out to Chelsey at cgutierrez@leaders4health.org.
- Tier 1: $1,099 | Up to 5 members ($1,150 value)
- Tier 2: $2,799 | Up to 15 members ($3,450 value)
- Tier 3: $4,299 | Up to 25 members ($5,750 value)
Sponsoring Organizational Members and Partners:
CBHL works hard to keep membership rates low. We also appreciate the generous support of our organizational members. New this year, organizations joining at any of the three tiers listed above will have the option to add to their membership* to become a sponsoring member or partner.
- Sponsoring Member: $2,000
- Named as a sponsor (logo, brief description) on one webinar, roundtable, or bi-monthly newsletter
- Named as a sponsoring member on the CBHL website
- Sponsoring Partner: $5,000
- Named as a sponsor (logo, brief description) on three webinars, roundtables, or bi-monthly newsletters
- Named as a sponsoring partner on the CBHL website
*A tier 1, tier 2, or tier 3 membership must be purchased in addition to the sponsoring member or partner add-on.
