Interactive Sessions – Follow-up Discussions to Panels

The Un-Summit interactive sessions were follow-up discussions designed to accompany the core content delivered via our keynotes & panel presentations by expanding understanding of the content through Q&A with the panelists, facilitated dialogue, and small group discussions.

Opening Session | Launch and Connect

The opening session is designed to engage participants early in the series to align on the “why.” This will also be your opportunity to ensure understanding of the Un-Summit structure, to review tools and resources available to you throughout the series and to facilitate connections with your colleagues through facilitated networking.

Expand Your Understanding 1 | Partnerships in the Community:  Imperative to Keeping the PACE

Following the Panel Presentation “Partnerships in the Community:  Imperative to Keeping the PACE,” the expert panelists will join us in an interactive session to dive a little deeper into the PACE Framework through Q&A, facilitated dialogue and small group discussion to clarify the application of this framework and to consider how the model can be used in other communities or to address other behavioral health challenges.

Expand Your Understanding 2 | The Beginning of the End: Leveraging Partnerships, Data, and Lived Expertise to Effectively End Youth Homelessness in Austin, Texas

Following the Panel Presentation “The Beginning of the End: Leveraging Partnerships, Data, and Lived Expertise to Effectively End Youth Homelessness in Austin, Texas,” the expert panelists will join us in an interactive session to dive a little deeper into the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) and critical partnerships leveraged to end youth homelessness through Q&A, facilitated dialogue and small group discussion to clarify the application of this framework and to consider how it can be used in other communities or to address other behavioral health challenges.

Expand Your Understanding 3 | Douglas County Mental Health Initiative:  A Unique Community Partnership

Following the Panel Presentation “Douglas County Mental Health Initiative:  A Unique Community Partnership,” the expert panelists will join us in an interactive session to dive a little deeper into the collective impact approached used in Douglas County through Q&A, facilitated dialogue and small group discussion to clarify the application of this model and to consider how it can be used in other communities or to address other behavioral health challenges.

Closing Session | Where This Takes Us

The closing session is designed to engage participants in a reflection of the series as a culmination of all content. Participants will join colleagues in dialogue to highlight the primary takeaways, including what and how they will take new strategies back to their own communities or organizations. There will be a check in on the practice of gratitude throughout the series and a discussion on next steps from CBHL as a result of the Un-Summit.
