One of the greatest benefits of CBHL membership is the opportunity to connect with other leaders to share innovative new ideas, resources and solutions to particularly difficult problems. COVID-19 has led to an entirely new set of challenges that leaders at all levels are now struggling to solve.

To facilitate time to connect with other members and work through these challenges together, we will be hosting three leadership huddles – small group interactive conversations for both seasoned and emerging leaders — to teach and to learn strategies to address leadership challenges during times of crisis.

This session will focus on empowering and inspiring staff, managers and teams in times of crisis. Bring your ideas, questions and a desire to process together.
