Equity-Grounded Leader Coaches

The Equity-Grounded Leadership Fellow Program coaches support Fellows by providing one-on-one coaching tailored to individual leadership goals. The 2022-2023 coaches helped guide Fellows on their journey to courageous inquiry of personal and professional biases that impact how one views themself and others.

Dawn Tyler Lee

Dawn is the Founder and CEO of Forrest Street Consulting (FSC), a firm that specializes in helping grow leaders and helping leaders grow through coaching and training. Dawn has been featured in Business First, Columbus Monthly Magazine, Columbus Alive! and Who’s Who in Black Columbus. She has received numerous awards including being named a YWCA Woman of Achievement.

    Jeffrey Ring, PhD

    Jeff is a clinical psychologist, health care consultant, and master educator who knows culturally responsive integrated health care from the inside out. He is an executive leadership coach, and assists leaders and teams in productive functioning toward effectiveness and competitive advantage. Jeff is a Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California and serves on the faculty of their Masters in Medical Education program.

      Adam Swanson, MPP

      Adam provides direct consultation support to several state agencies, U.S. territories, and other public health systems regarding the implementation and improvement of public health approaches to suicide prevention. In his role, he focuses on the development, management, and leadership of group learning and practice transformation initiatives.

        April Ludwig, LMFT

        April is the Founder and Principal Consultant for ALudwig Consulting, developed from her passion for streamlining and strengthening organizational practices, which has been paramount to her professional success. April has served as a critical member of business practices in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. She is an industry leader who integrates practice improvement techniques with systems restructuring.

          Erica Shaw

          Erica serves as the Director of Customization Operations for the U.S. at Proctor and Gamble. She is also the Equality and Inclusion Leader for the NA Market Operations Product Supply Organization with 700+ employees. Erica is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Life and Executive Coach, Trainer and Speaker, specializing in helping leaders reach their business and professional development goals.

            Elizabeth Martinez

            Elizabeth is a purpose driven, solution-oriented, transformational leader who specializes in supporting executives and professionals to strengthen their impact and influence as they evolve into their next level of authentic leadership. In addition to her coaching work, Elizabeth is the current President and CEO of a nonprofit (social profit) organization.

              Destiny Moore Saldívar

              Destiny is a coach and licensed social worker passionate about holistic wellness for people of color. She founded Caona Wellness to help people, especially womxn, reconnect with their strengths and values to empower conscious choices that lead to more fulfilling lives. She has led over 35 wellness workshops for various companies, organizations and schools, supported dozens of clients 1:1 and raised over $6,000 for wellness causes both domestic and abroad.
