The Equity-Grounded Leadership Fellow Program Evaluation Team, through TriWest Group, LLC, has expertise and years of experience operationalizing equity through systems assessments, program improvement, and outcomes and process evaluation. They support program development as an external evaluator and serve as a consultant to the Fellows in their quest to take measurable action to create equitable systems.

Taylor Jackson, Ph.D.
Dr. Jackson performs qualitative analysis of existing data and conducts interviews for evaluation projects. As part of the Health Equity Project for Healthy Minds in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Taylor has helped develop a health disparities framework, researched racial (in)equity in the local community, and compiled resources on the impact of historical trauma on health and well-being. She also assists with the Building Communities of Recovery evaluation for Voices of Recovery San Mateo, California. She was the Coordinator for Diversity and Inclusion at Florida State University. Taylor’s doctoral thesis focused on how Black women use social media to support their wellness.

Socorro “Suki” Martinez-Parham, M.Ed.
Ms. Martinez-Parham has over 15 years of experience in training, technical assistance, and evaluation for multi-agency community projects, including Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration-funded System of Care projects in Texas, Washington, Illinois, and Michigan. She also coordinated a multi-site study of mental illness stigma reduction initiatives funded by the Paso del Norte Health Foundation in El Paso, Texas. Ms. Martinez-Parham has been involved in behavioral health, juvenile justice, child welfare, and schoo—based mental health program and system assessment projects. Her experience focuses on supporting leaders to implement complex systems of care. Ms. Martinez-Parham has experience with implementing and evaluating evidence-based and best practices in child and family mental health.
Tonya Aultman-Bettridge, MCJ, PhD
As a Partner at TriWest, Tonya leads evaluation and consultation projects in the areas of child welfare, juvenile and criminal justice, behavioral health systems, and physical-behavioral health integration. For over 20 years, Tonya has worked to help stakeholders develop and implement sound public policies and programs that will make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and families.
