DESCRIPTION:On April 6\, we held a leadership conversation titled\, Courageous Leadership – Stepping Away from Power and Privilege to Build Community Trust.  As part of our follow-up survey\, there were numerous requests for follow up conversations for participants to open up and share experiences\, to explore allyship more fully\, and to deeper dive the "how" of courageous leadership.
